Refund policy
Overview
At Blank & Branded, many of our products are custom-made specifically for each order. Because of the personalized nature of these items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our production process.
Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Customized Products
Products that include custom printing, embroidery, logos, designs, or personalized text are made specifically for the customer once an order is placed.
For this reason, customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or an error caused by our production process.
Approved reasons for return or refund include:
- The design printed or embroidered is different from the approved artwork
- The wrong garment or product was supplied
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Printing or embroidery errors caused during production
- The product was damaged during production
Returns or refunds will not be approved for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after receiving the item
- You do not like how the design looks on the final product
- The size ordered is incorrect
- Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
- Incorrect information, artwork, or sizing was provided when placing the order
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, text, sizes, colors, and quantities are correct before confirming the order.
Return & Refund Timeframe
If your order qualifies for a return or refund due to a defect or production error, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Reporting an Issue
To request a return or refund, please contact us and provide the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product showing the problem
This information allows us to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item
- Repair of the item (where possible)
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed once approved.
Shipping Costs
If the return or refund is approved due to an error on our side or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
If the issue does not qualify under this policy, the return will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
