Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Because many of our products are customized with printing or embroidery, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Typical production times are:

  • Custom printed or embroidered items: 3–15 business days
  • Non-custom items (if applicable): 1–2 business days

Production time may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current order volumes.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via our delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 1–15 business days
  • Regional areas: 1–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size and weight
  • Courier rates

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

This allows you to track your delivery directly with the courier.

 

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing delivery details
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

 

Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Public holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been shipped.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
